Bhubaneswar: A city-based physiotherapist, Dr Stitipragyan Dalabehera, Head of department of Physiotherapy at Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital here has won the ‘Sikandar of Physio’ Award.
The award was presented to her at Sports Connect 4, a two-day event which concluded at Amritsar on Sunday.
Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Om Parkash Soni presented the award to Dr Dalabehera for her exemplary contribution to the field of physiotherapy for the last 23 years.
The event was organised by Dr Ruchi Vershney, a
Orthopedic Physiotherapist and Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialist.
Around 1500 delegates from all over the country attended the conference.
