Bhubaneswar: Promising Odisha swimmer won her first international medal on Wednesday.
The 17-year-old Mannata, a product of Odisha IIS Swimming HPC, finished second to bag silver in women’s 200m Breaststroke event at the inaugural BIMSTEC Aquatics Championships in New Delhi.
Mannata was part of Odisha’s bronze-winning 4×100m women’s medley relay team in the Goa National Games three months ago.
