The decision was taken on Friday at a meeting presided by Odisha’s Housing & Urban Development Minister Dr Krushnachandra Mahapatra.

After the meeting, Principal Secretary Padhee connected with the Commissioners and Executive Officers of all ULBs, including 5 Municipal Corporations through video conferencing, and directed them to make arrangements according to the schedule.
