Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government will expedite the evaluation of the annual Matric examination papers after the lockdown is lifted, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash said on Saturday.
“To ensure the timely announcement of the results, the number of examiners will be increased. For this purpose, the teachers who are in the waiting list will be asked to join the evaluation, which will be completed in 45 days,” the minister said.
Dash informed that he has discussed the matter with the president of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) and asked him to take necessary measures at the earliest.
