Bhubaneswar: People in Odisha will have to wait till September to apply for driving licence (DL) and learner’s licence (LL) due to the COVID-19 situation, Commerce and Transport Minister Padmanabha Behera said on Saturday.
The minister, however, added that those who have applied much before will receive their DL and LL from July.
He informed that till date, around 2.5 lakh people have booked slots for DL and LL tests.
