In case some VIPs cannot make the arrangement, the state government will arrange vehicles for them. But they will have to pay the travel expenses.

Stating that while the state government has made the online registration mandatory for all the returnees before their arrival from other states, Behera added that those who have not registered, can also register after their arrival.

“The returnees have been asked to strictly adhere to the lockdown guidelines on quarantine and social distancing,” the minister said.
