Bhubaneswar: From next year, people of Odisha can apply and get their birth and death certificates from the comfort of their home.
According to the Health Department, people can apply as well as download birth and death certificates online from January 1.
To avail the facility people can log in to www.birthdeath.odisha.gov.in and download the certificates from the same website.
People will no more have to go through the discomfort of going to the registration centres in such emergency times and can avail it at the click of a mouse.
However, for the not so internet friendly people, they can apply for certificates at the 430 registration centres across the state and get the certificates.
