Mumbai: Women’s cricket in India is set to resume with the One-Day meet to be held at six venues from March 11 to April 4.
A total of 37 teams have been divided into six groups – Elite A, B, C, D, E and Plate.
Odisha women have been placed in Elite Group A and will play their round-robin matches against Jharkhand, Hyderabad, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Tripura in Surat.
Odisha’s first match will be against Jharkhand, on March 12. They will then face Hyderabad on March 14, Tripura on March 16, Chhattisgarh on March 18 and Gujarat on March 20.
The knockout rounds will begin on March 28 and the final has been scheduled on April 4.
All teams have been advised to assemble at their respective host cities on March 4. Players and support staff will have to undergo COVID-19 testing procedures and quarantine in accordance with state regulatory authorities and BCCI SOPs.
