Bhubaneswar: Odisha is expected to receive 3,05,460 Covishield vaccines on June 3, the Health and Welfare Department informed on Monday.
The vaccines will be used especially for the 45+ age group.
Besides, 40,000 Covaxin doses will reach Odisha on June 6, the department added.
Earlier on May 28, the Odisha Government floated a global tender to procure COVID-19 vaccines.
The global tender was for procuring 3.80 crore vaccine doses to inoculate the entire population of Odisha.
