Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will recruit 11,450 school teachers. The School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash announced this after receiving the approval of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in this regard.
Informing media about the recruitment process, Dash said appointments will be made in phases. In the first phase, 2,055 Hindi teachers, 1,304 Sanskrit teachers and 1,260 physical education training teachers will be appointed.
Advertisements for the same will be released on August 23, he added.
In the second phase, posts of 6,065 trained teachers (Trained Graduate Teacher – TGT) and Telugu teachers posts will be filled.
In the third phase, 940 (newly created) TGTs, Classical and Hindi teachers will be appointed, the State Government informed.
