Bhubaneswar: The Rashtrapati Bhawan has confirmed the two-day tour itinerary of President Ram Nath Kovind to Odisha.
According to a Rashtrapati Bhawan communiqué, the President will arrive at the Biju Patnaik International Airport at 7 pm on Saturday and proceed to Raj Bhawan, where he will make a night halt.
The next day, the President will leave for Khurda in a helicopter at 9.50 amt and land at the Goshala ground. From there, he will proceed to Barunei foothill by road and lay the foundation stone of Paika Rebellion memorial and address a public meeting. Later, he will return to Bhubaneswar and attend the closing ceremony of the platinum jubilee celebration of Utkal University at 12.35 pm.
He will leave Utkal University for the Raj Bhawan at 1.40 pm and have his lunch. He will leave for the airport at 5 pm and board a flight for New Delhi at 5.20 pm.
