Bhubaneswar: The list of passengers of the 3-way train accident undergoing treatment in different hospitals across Odisha have been uploaded on srcodisha.nic.in, bmc.gov.in and osdma.org, official sources informed on Sunday.
This apart, list and photographs of the deceased passengers have been put up to facilitate identification.
“Given the nature of the accident, the images posted are disturbing. It is advised that children should avoid viewing these images. None (Media/Individual/Firms etc.) shall reproduce/publish & use the images for any purpose without prior written approval of the Special Relief Commissioner, Odisha,” the release said.
On the other hand, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation has set up a control room, from where, with vehicles, people will be directed to either hospital or mortuary as the case may be. Officials have been deployed to facilitate the process. BMC Helpline Number is 1929.
Help desks have also been set up at all entry points – Cuttack Railway Station, Bustand and SCB Medical College, Bhubaneswar Railway Station and Baramunda bus stand and airport, it added.
According to sources, 382 passengers are currently undergoing treatment in various government and private hospitals between Bhubaneswar and Balasore in Odisha.
Briefing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said that 793 of 1175 patients admitted to various hospitals have been discharged. Most of the injured patients are in stable condition, he added.
