Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has ordered March 5 as the day of establishment of Odisha University of Health Sciences for imparting universal quality health education in allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda, nursing, lab technology, and all other paramedical sciences in the state, coinciding with the 107th birth anniversary of Biju Patnaik.
