Bhubaneswar: Question paper of Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2021 has leaked. The question paper was reportedly found in the mobile phone of a woman candidate in an exam centre in Deogarh on Friday morning.
The incident was reported from Government Girls’ High School centre in Deogarh where aspirants allegedly received the question paper on mobile phones much before the completion of the first sitting exam.
One woman candidate has been booked on charges of taking photographs of the question paper. However, district education officer said the mobile phone of the candidate has been seized for necessary action.
The Paper-1 exam of OTET-2021 examination being conducted by Board Of Secondary Education (BSE) started at 8 am and ended at 10.30 am, Paper-II was held from 12 noon to 2.20 pm on Friday.
The Block Education Officer of Tilibani, Sikarendra Chatia said it is yet to be ascertained if the question paper was leaked or not. The mobile phone was seized before the exam but all all aspects are being probed.
