Cuttack: A woman sub-inspector on Monday lodged a rape complaint against the sub-inspector of Khallikote police station in Odisha’s Ganjam district.
The woman cop arrived at the camp of Director General Police (DGP) and lodged the complaint.
In the complaint, she said that the SI Sillu Dhal established a physical relationship with her with a promise to marry her. But later, he refused to marry her.
She requested the DGP to intervene in the matter and initiate appropriate action against the SI.
