Sundargarh: Nine days after body of a man was found with his throat slit open, police on Friday arrested four persons, including the wife of the deceased.
According to police, body of Anil Munda of Kendrikela village under Bonai police limits was found, on the outskirts of the village, on December 19.
In the course of the investigation, police found complicity of the woman in the murder of her husband. During interrogation, the woman confessed to her crime saying that she and her lover had engaged two supari (professional) killers to eliminate her husband.
“We will forward all the accused to the court today after the interrogation of the two supari killers and the lover of the woman,” police said.
