A 23-year-old woman from Odisha allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the sixth floor of a hotel in Noida. Police booked her boyfriend for abetment of suicide on Wednesday.
According to sources, the woman jumped off from the sixth floor of a hotel in Sector 49, Noida, around 10pm on Tuesday. She had reportedly come to visit her boyfriend, who works in a private firm in New Delhi.
The matter is being investigated and a FIR has been registered against the boyfriend on the complaint of the woman’s family.
