Berhampur: Abhijeet Padhy of Berhampur has created a world record by writing 1,000 poems in 11 words. For this feat, Abhijeet’s name found a place in the High Range Book of World Records recently.
Abhijeet, who has done a course in Project Engineer Management from the National Institute of Management and Research Centre in Pune, harboured a passion for writing poetry since his childhood.
He has been researching on small poems since 2018. Then he started writing poems in 11 words last May.
According to Abhijeet, he took three month to write 1,000 poems on various subjects including family life, different countries and the way to be successful. He had to dedicate eight to 10 hours daily for this task.
In September, he applied to the Guinness World Records, High Range Book Of World Records, Unique Book World Records and India Book of Records.
His application was accepted by High Range Book of World Records.
Next, Abhijeet aims to write poems in seven words.
