Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s daily COVID-19 cases fell below 1,000 on Saturday with 981 cases reported in the last 24 hours.
Among the fresh infections, 166 are in the 0-18 years age group. According to the I&PR Department, 575 cases are from quarantine and 406 cases from local contacts.

Besides, 32 cases are from the state pool.
With 21,203 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the TPR stood at 4.62%.
The number of active cases stood at 6,632 as of Saturday.
