Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 79 COVID-19 cases on Friday, including 9 in the 0-18 age group testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Five days after reporting 60 to 90 new cases, the daily count in Odisha breached the 100-mark on Thursday with 105 people testing positive for the virus.
According to the I & PR Department, 46 fresh cases are from quarantine and 33 local contacts.

With 48,408 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 0.16 per cent.
