Odisha’s Eminent Journalist Bana Bihari Mohanty No More

Cuttack: Eminent journalist Bana Bihari Mohanty passed away on Saturday evening during treatment. He was suffering from age-related ailments for quite sometime. He was 71 years old.

In his career spanning several decades, Mohanty had worked in different newspapers like Sambad, Prajatantra, Pragativadi and Eastern Times and carved a name for himself in the field. Later, he had devoted himself to teaching journalism. His last rites were performed in Cuttack.
