Bhubaneswar: GO SWIFT, the Odisha government’s single window for investor facilitation and tracking, bagged the silver award at National e-Governance Awards 2020 on Friday.
This first-of-its-kind portal in the country was launched in November 2017. It provides all information and clearances that investors need in a time-bound, hassle-free, paperless and transparent manner. Since its launch, GO-SWIFT has improved the efficiency of the approval process for both new and existing industries across 32 services from 15 state departments.
The portal also provides information on business reforms and policy initiatives. The investor dashboard allows users to track the real-time status of their application and get alerts via SMS and email. Senior government officials are also allowed a department dashboard to track the industrial units in the state.
The gold award went to Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
Real Time Pollution Monitoring System (RTPMS) of Andhra Pradesh’ Pollution Control Board won the jury award.
