Khurda: District Collector Sitanshu Kumar Rout on Monday inaugurated a web portal for residents to lodge complaints.
Rout informed that portal is linked to 209 organizations and departments in the district. The grievances lodged on the portal will be forwarded to the relevant departments, he added.
Besides, a message regarding the status of the complaint will be sent to the plaintiff’s mobile phone.
