Bhubaneswar: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University, won the ‘THE Awards Asia 2020’ declared by the Times Higher Education (THE) on Monday. KIIT, declared the winner in the category ‘Workplace of the Year’, is the only institute in India to get this recognition. It got the recognition “for its unstinting commitment to its staff and students, in particular to its early-career faculty”.
The staff and faculty members gave credited the founder, Dr. Achyuta Samanta for the achievement for creating a culture where faculty and staff have a free hand to work and deliver their assignments.
