Jajpur: Women from Odisha settled in other states and overseas are making the state proud. Another name in the list of beauty queens is Jajpur’s Nirupama Mohanty Pati.
Nirupama was crowned Mrs India-2020 at the national-level beauty contest held recently in Pune.
Earlier, she was crowned Mrs Maharashtra and Mrs Confident in other beauty contests conducted in Pune.
“With my professional work, I am also passionate about fashion. I am on cloud nine after receiving Mrs India Title. Now, I am getting offers for doing album songs and web series. I have also signed for ad shootings,” said Nirupama.
Born in Panasa village, she is married to Dipty Ranjan Mohanty of Kusi villages in Jajpur district.
“My parents, in-laws and husband have always been a big support for me in my work.”
On the professional front, she is working as a director in a company based in Pune.
