Cuttack: Eminent painter and former president of Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi Siba Panigrahi breathed his last at his residence in CDA Sector-6 here on Monday, informed his son Raja Panigrahi. He was 78.
He had retired after serving for many years at B K College of Fine Arts in Bhubaneswar.
Notably, his wife, Manorama Panigrahi, an Odishi dancer, had passed away in January this year.
