Bhubaneswar: Sports and Youth Services Minister Tusharkanti Behera got engaged to Nandini Behera of Balidiha village in Odisha’s Puri district on Friday.
The engagement function was held at Kakatpur, his constituency, in the presence of family and a small group of friends.
