Bhubaneswar: Sudeep Patnaik of Odisha took charge as HR Director – India of Singapore-based outsourcing company TDCX on August 9. He will also serve as Group Talent Acquisition Director.
“Meet TDCX’s HR Director of Malaysia, Tee Siew Lee and HR Director of India, Sudeep Patnaik with effect from 9 August 2021. Sudeep is also appointed as Group Talent Acquisition Director. In this role, they will be responsible for TDCX’s People and Culture strategy as we continue to grow,” Chee Gay Lim, Group CHRO, TDCX, said in a post.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), he has more than 13 years in the field of talent acquisition. He earlier worked as Associate President, Talent Acquisition, in Deloitte India (Offices of the US). He has also worked in Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and Idea Cellular Ltd.
Sudeep did his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from SKCG (Autonomous) College, Parlakhemundi.
