Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) on Thursday decided to dispense with personal appearance of litigants and parties in cases before the panel on Friday in view of the severe cyclonic storm ‘Dana.’
In view of the cyclone, personal appearance/physical presence of the litigants/parties in OHRC on 25.10.2025 is hereby dispensed with, assistant registrar of the Commission said in a communication.
The communication made it clear that no adverse order will be passed in absence of parties. The next date of posting will be intimated, it said.
