Bhubaneswar: Ollywood star Sabyasachi Mishra, who is known for helping out to the people in need, has come out with an initiative to reach out to COVID-19 patients to meet their emergency requirements.
In a video release, Sabhasachi said the COVID-19 situation is worsening outside the Odisha and lots of Odias in other states are suffering without getting any medical assistance. In the past few days, he has received hundreds of requests from COVID-19 patients and their relatives in Delhi, Maharashtra and Gujarat seeking help in getting ICU beds, oxygen and medicines.
Stating that he is trying his best with his resources to address maximum possible cases, the actor said, “To make the process smooth, I have created an online form to get the details of the patients and their emergency requirements so that I can address them personally. If you or someone you know are in urgent need of any COVID related assistance, please fill the form.”

Sabyasachi further said with this initiative, he is trying to become a bridge between the needy people and the local facilities by providing them important medicines and oxygen.
“In the last one day, we could arrange 55 ICU beds in Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha etc. We could make medicines and oxygen reach nearly hundreds of serious patients,” he said.
