Puri: ‘So beautiful. I am so happy to see this beautiful sand artwork” was the reaction of Indian boxer Lovlina Borgohain, to the sand art by artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Puri sea beach after she won bronze at Tokyo Olympics.
Lovlina won bronze medal in 69 kg category of Women’s Boxing at Tokyo Olympics.
Boxing Federation of India also reacted to the majestic art work by the sand artists saying: “Beautiful would be an understatement.’
To celebrate her win, Sudarsan created a 10-foot sand glove with the message, “Pride of India. Congratulations Lovlina”.
