Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (OMFED) will soon be installing vending machines in Odisha capital.
The first machine will be installed on Janpath, and 20 others subsequently at various locations across the city, allowing customers to purchase its products through digital payment methods, said OMFED Managing Director Vijay Amruta Kulange.
The OMFED has held discussions with the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) regarding the locations for the vending machines, power supply, and other necessary facilities for the smooth implementation of the initiative.
A demo of the vending machine was given during the Monsoon meet organised by Fisheries Department at Lok Seva Bhawan here.
