Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be addressing the people of the state through a video message at 6 pm on Tuesday.
The message will be telecast after the state Cabinet meeting, the CMO said.
This comes against the backdrop of two cases of Omicron being detected in the state. It is, however, not clear whether the CM will be speaking about the emerging situation and the danger of the COVID third wave or any other cabinet decision.
The cabinet is likely to discuss a scheme on Rural Housing. Also on the agenda is an important item related energy sector also, sources said.
