Cuttack: Police on Tuesday arrested one person in connection with stealing several cartons of eggs and seized the van used in the crime.
According to sources, one Abdul Razak had filed a complaint at Jagatpur police station on November 6 alleging that 160 cartons of egg has been stolen from his shop.
After registering a case, the police started investigation and nabbed accused Pramod Behera alias Kabula. He confessed to the crime and said he had sold the eggs in Bhadrak.
