Bhubaneswar: The forest wing of Odisha Vigilance arrested one person and seized two leopard skins during a surprise raid in Rayagada town on Sunday.
The arrested has been identified as Reddy Kausalya.
He has been booked under Section 51 of Wildlife (Protection) Act,1972. Further investigation is underway.
