Bhubaneswar: The online classes in all state-run universities and colleges in Odisha will resume from June 1, said the Higher Education Department in a notification on Saturday.
The department stated that as there will be no physical classroom teaching, the hostels will remain closed until further orders.

It further said that the schedule of examination will be communicated soon after getting information about the decision of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
It may be recalled that in view of the alarming rise in COVID-19 cases, the state government had announced summer vacation from May 5 to 31.
