Bhubaneswar: Tickets for the much-awaited day-night cricket ODI match between India and England at Barabadi Stadium in Odisha’s Cuttack city will be available online from February 2.
Arrangements have been made for selling 4,000 tickets online and the process will begin on February 2, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Suryabanshi Suraj said on Friday.
Stating that the counter sale of tickets offline will be held for two days, he said cricket fans will be able to purchase tickets for the upcoming India-England ODI from the counters at Barabati Stadium on February 5 and 6.
Ahead of the counter sales, 4,000 tickets will be offered for purchase online. This move is expected to cater to the tech-savvy cricket enthusiasts keen to secure their spots early.
In a new feature, a fan park will be set up within the Barabati stadium precincts for the first time for the ODI match between India and England on February 9, 2025. This initiative aims to enhance the match-day experience, providing entertainment and amenities for spectators.
It may be noted that Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday purchased the first ticket for the India-England ODI.
