Only 20 Attendees At Ganesh Puja In Educational Institutions In Cuttack City

Cuttack: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation has issued guidelines for Ganesh Puja celebrations on September 10.

The civic body said that the organisers should seek necessary permission to host puja at mandaps from the DCP. Not more than seven persons, including organisers and priests and support staff, will be allowed inside a mandap at any given point in time.

For educational institutions, a maximum of 20 participants will be allowed.

Authorities of the educational institutions must ensure that COVID appropriate behaviour is followed by all concerned during the celebration.

According to the August 9 advisory issued by the SRC, there will be community feast, musical or other entertainment programmes.
