Opening Hours For Shops Revised In Odisha’s Cuttack City

Cuttack: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has revised the Unlock 3.0 guidelines by ordering closure of all shops barring medicine shops by 8.30 pm in place of 9 PM. The new timing will be applicable to all areas under the CMC jurisdiction.

As per an office order of the CMC, unnecessary public movement will be restricted by 9 pm till August 31.

The CMC has issued another set of guidelines for the shops of Behera Sahi containment zone near Malgodown in the city. The municipal body stated that since the Malgodown area surrounding the Behera Sahi containment zone has been put under active surveillance for screening and testing, the essential wholesale shops will remain open from 10 am to 2 pm, essential retail shops from 2 pm to 8 pm and non-essential shops/godowns from 7 am to 10 am.
