Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially withdrawn its advertisement for recruitment of dental surgeons for 124 positions.
The decision follows a request from the Health and Family Welfare Department, withdrawing the requisition for these posts.
In a formal notification issued on Wednesday, the Commission stated that the entire recruitment process no
w stands cancelled. “….all the applications received for recruitment to the said post stands cancelled.”
The OPSC has assured candidates that the examination fees paid will be refunded to their original mode of payment within the next 20 days. “Examination fees paid by the candidates will be refunded to the candidates through their original mode of payment within next 20 days.”
The withdrawal comes as a significant disappointment for candidates across Odisha who had been preparing for the recruitment examination.
