Bhubaneswar: Parts of Koraput, Rayagad and Ganjam in Odisha are likely to experience moderate thunderstorm with hail, gusty wind speed reaching 30- 40 kmph, lightning and light to moderate rain for the next three hours.
While issuing an orange warning for these districts, the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday said that there can be minor damage to loose/unsecured structures, banana trees and standing crops. People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and move to safer places accordingly.
