Orissa High Court Closed Till July 10

Cuttack: The Odisha High Court will remain closed till July 10. A notification to this effect has been issued by the Registrar (Judicial) on Thursday.

“Pursuant to the resolution of the full court of the High Court, in continuation to the order dated 04.07.2020i it is hereby notified that in view of the order of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) on July 7 declaring extension of shutdown in its entire jurisdiction July 10, the High Court and its offices shall remain closed till such period,” the notification said.

Stating that the Court will not function on July 9 and 10, the notification said that the bench constitution, assignment and cause lists notified for this week stand suspended while the bench constitution, assignment and cause lists for the week commencing on July 13 will be notified by July 11.
