Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court on Tuesday extended the interim protection given in anticipatory bail applications to June 18.
The court said all the interim bails granted under Section 439, CrPC by the High Court or Sessions Courts and limited by time-frame specifying an expiry date, stand extended till June 18.
Similarly, parole granted to any person is extended and the order of eviction, dispossession and demolition passed by the Court has been kept in abeyance. Any bank or financial institution cannot take action for auction of property of any person.
At the same time, all interim orders/directions issued by the High Court or any court under its jurisdiction will remain extended till June 18.
