OTDC Chairperson Reviews Water Sports Park Work In Odisha’s Cuttack

Cuttack: Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) Chairperson Shreemayee Mishra reviewed construction work of Water Sports park at Silver City Boating club in Cuttack on Tuesday.

Notably, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has directed to strengthen the foundation of tourism and develop the tourism industry of Odisha. Following it, the OTDC had decided to construct a Water Sports park at the Silver City Boating club premises at Mata Matha in Cuttack.

The Water Sports park, which is planned to be hub for tourists, will be dedicated to the public soon, said sources.

Shreemayee, along with some senior officers and engineers, had visited the place to review the construction work. She directed the officials to finish the work as soon as possible.

Mishra has also emphasised on safety of tourists in the park. OTDC will also open a restaurant near the park.

A selfie zone will also be set up for the tourists to treasure their memories.

Tourists will enjoy the ultra modern sports here soon, for which, all the necessary steps will be taken, said Mishra.
