Over 100 Coronavirus Cases In These Three Districts Of Odisha

Bhubaneswar: With the number of COVID-19 cases rising in Odisha, the three districts of Ganjam, Jajpur and Balasore alonr account for more than hundred cases.

In the last 24 hours, the number of infected people in the state has risen to 828 after the detection of 91 fresh cases on Sunday. On the other hand, 30 patients recovered on Saturday.

Among the 91 new cases, Bhadrak reported 28 followed by Balasore (17), Ganjam (15), Cuttack (12), Puri (7), Keonjhar (4), Khurda (3), Balangir (2), Kendrapada (1), Sambalpur (1) and Sundargarh( 1).

Ganjam leads with 292 positive cases, while 30 coronavirus patients have recovered so far, bringing the total number of active cases in the district to 259.

Jajpur is second with 121 while 52 coronavirus patients have recovered so far, bringing the total number of active cases in the district to 69, followed by Balasore 119 while 22 coronavirus patients have recovered so far, bringing the total number of active cases in the district to 97.
