New Delhi: Aviation sector in India will take off in a major scale on Monday when more than 1,000 flights will operate from different airports across the country.
According to civil aviation sources, there will be 1095 departures on Monday starting with
Indigo flight from Bangalore to Delhi. Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri expressed confidence that resumption of domestic operations will go well.
He said the air transport of NRIs to return to India may start mid-June. If the situation permits, a good part of international travel will start before August-September, he added.
