Bhubaneswar: Around 130 neurosurgeons and plastic surgeons with expertise in peripheral nerve surgery from across the country attended the 10th annual conference of Indian Society of Peripheral Nerve surgery (ISPNSCON-2022) at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
At the conference, organised by the Department of Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery, AIIMS on virtual mode, the speakers shared their ideas and recent advances in the field.
Speaking at the two-day event on April 2 and 3, AIIMS Bhubaneswar Director Prof Mukesh Tripathi said the institute has been performing all kinds of advanced peripheral nerve surgeries regularly with multidisciplinary involvement.
The conference was chaired by Prof AK Mahapatra, former director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and co-chaired by Prof RN Sahu, Head of Neurosurgery Department.
