Bhubaneswar: A total of 610 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Odisha on Wednesday.
According to Health and Family Welfare department, the 610 patients from 27 districts have recovered and were discharged from hospitals.
Of the recovered patients on the day, 120 are from Nuapada, 102 from Khurda, 80 from Sundargarh, 43 from Bargarh, 29 from Jharsuguda and 28 from Cuttack.
The recoveries from other districts are as follow:
25 from Keonjhar
24 from Kalahandi
21 from Sambalpur
18 from Ganjam
15 from Puri
14 from Jajpur
12 from Balangir
11 from Balasore
9 from Mayurbhanj
8 from Nabarangpur
7 from Jagatsinghpur
5 each from Angul and Koraput
3 from Bhadrak
2 each from Gajapati and Rayagada
1 each from Boudh, Deogarh, Kandhamal, Kendrapada and Nayagarh
22 from State Pool
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,41,733 as the number of active cases mounted to 12,244 with 2,267 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, a total of 523 patients has recovered from COVID-19 in the state.
