Balasore: Senior Congress leader and three-time MLA from Simulia constituency in Balasore district, Padmalochan Panda on Sunday announced his resignation from the party.
In a letter to the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Niranjan Patnaik, Panda informed about his resignation from the primary membership of the party.
Announcing his resignation at a press briefing here, Panda alleged intra-party feud in the Odisha Congress and lack of coordination among the leaders.
He said he will announce his next move to the media on Tuesday.
