New Delhi: A Pakistani man being held at Jaipur Central Jail was allegedly murdered in a brawl with fellow inmates over TV volume. Three convicts smashed 50-year-old Shakir Ullah’s head against a stone on the ground, officials said.
He hailed from Sialkot and had spent eight out of his 20 years sentence here. He had been arrested by the anti-terror squad under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in 2011.
